黑 龙 江 大 学 本 科 生 毕 业 论 文 论文题目： 黑龙江中小企业融资 困难的探究 学 院： 经济与工商管理学院 年 级： 2010级 专 业： 会计学 姓 名： 学 号： 指导教师： 2014 年4月 11 日 摘要 中小企业一般是指小规模生产经营，在创业阶段或成长阶段的企业，包括标准的企业规模企业的下列规定和自然人企业。生存和面临的挑战，中小企业面临市场经济大环境，国家政策以帮助支持，创新管理等的影响，这些影响因素将是对中小企业的发展具有重要意义。目前，黑龙江省中小企业约120万户，约占全省的93 ％。中小企业占工业产值占全省工业总产值的52 ％，而全省的中小企业还提供了65 ％的城镇就业机会，保障人民群众的生活而言，社会稳定方面发挥了重要作用。因此，中小企业是否可以“盘活”，是否可以“做强做大”是关系到黑龙江省经济发展和事件的社会稳定。本文对黑龙江省中小企业发展现状进行调查以及分析，提出我省中小企业在发展过程中的问题,提出解决措施,促进中小企业发展。 关键词 中小企业；企业现状；Abstract Small and medium-sized enterprises generally refers to the small-scale production and operation, in the startup stage or growth stage of the enterprise, including the standard of enterprise scale to the following provisions and natural person enterprise. Therefore, small and medium-sized enterprise whether can activate, whether can you enlarge is the province to the economic development and social stability of the event. In this paper, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in province present situation investigation and analysis, put forward the small and medium-sized enterprises in our province in the problems in the process of development, puts forward the measures to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
