题目： 涉农企业社会责任研究—基于利益相关者的视野  摘要 关于企业社会责任的研究，西方国家已经进行了近一个世纪取得了一定成果，但是专门以涉农企业为对象探讨其社会责任的研究不多。近年来，我国食品安全问题频发，作为与食品安全紧密相关的涉农企业的产品质量不可忽视，但是不少浓农企业为追求自身最大利益，忽视其自身的社会责任，从而引发一系列问题，并对其利益相关者产生重大影响，因此探讨涉农企业的社会责任极其重要。本文以涉农企业为对象，分析涉农企业在履行社会责任中存在的问题和表现，在此基础上提出建议以提升涉农企业的社会责任水平，以便更好的维护涉农企业利益相关者的利益，同时促进涉农企业的进一步发展，巩固农业的基础地位，构建社会主义和谐社会。 关键词：涉农企业；社会责任；利益相关者 Abstract The research for the social responsibility of the enterprise, the western countries have studied nearly a century and obtained some achievements, but specially for agricultural enterprise objecting to explore their social responsibility study little.In recent years, food problems happen frequently.The quality of the product of the agriculture-related enterprise, which is closely related to the food security, can not be ignored. However, due to agriculture-related enterprise’s pursuit of the maxim interest and their ignorance of their social responsibility, there emerges a variety of problems, and influencing of its stakeholders, so exploring agricultural enterprise for social responsibility is extremely important. Standing by the stakeholders’ side and through the study of the agriculture related enterprise, this thesis is committed to analyze the phenomena and the causes of the lack of the social responsibility of the agriculture-related enterprise to the stakeholders, proposing some suggestions to improve the social responsibility of the agriculture-related enterprise. In order to safeguard the interests of stakeholders with agricultural enterprises, to promote a further improvement of agriculture-related enterprise, and to strengthen the position of agriculture as the foundation of the economy and to build a harmonious society.
