从博弈论的视角看人际交往中的诚信问题Integrity issues from the perspective of game theory in interpersonal Man 徐伟 Xu, Wei 摘 要 本文运用博弈论中的完全信息静态博弈和完全但不完美信息动态博弈分析了在社会中个人的诚信行为受外界及自身因素的影响，并在此基础上运用完全但不完美信息动态博弈去分析在劳动市场中雇主与猎头公司关于劳动力的博弈。本文将社会中存在的不诚信问题，通过博弈论构建相应的模型，并且采用静态和动态博弈，根据个人的成本-收益基本原则分析，做出符合要求的结论。针对本博弈所得出的结论，在此基础上提出了关于构建社会主义诚信机制的策略和路径。因此，本文对于加强社会主义诚信体系的构建，提升个人诚信问题，并且从源头上找出一个人为什么会选择不诚信的行为，为什么会出现欺骗的行为找出了原因。同时，也有利于我国诚信体系的建立，在进行诚信体系构建时，我们需要去考虑哪些因素，以及如何更好地进行诚信体系的构建。在社会主义诚信体系构建的过程中，我们应该充分尊重个体的理性行为。个体的行为逻辑最终会促使群体的行为逻辑。 关键字:诚信机制； 博弈论； 静态博弈； 动态博弈 Abstract This paper uses game theory complete information static game and complete but imperfect information dynamic game analyzes the impact the integrity of the individual in society and their behavior outside factors , and the use of complete but imperfect information dynamic game on this basis to analyze employers and headhunters Game on labor in the labor market .
