A finely designed cuisine gives customers not only the good taste, but also a visual, and even auditory enjoyment to arouse their appetite . Nutrition and balance in Western food An interesting phenomenon in Western countries is the nutritional information on the food label, from which people’s concern about nutrition is clearly reflected. like the number of calories preserving, grams of fat, fiber and sugar content will make you more knowledgeable in selecting foods to reduce your nutritional health risk. As a matter of fact, in America, food habits are often identified as the most important way in which a person can maintain healthy . The difference about the way to eat food The Chinese use Chopsticks while the American use fork and knife. The difference about the way to make food American people do not have many skills for cooking, mostly they only boil, steam and bake the food. By the way, western people are very good at making desert and chocolate. They can make very good cake and chocolate which are very sweet but it’s sort of food which make you become fat quickly.
