摘 要 本设计为万里机电厂89号住宅楼电气工程设计，设计内容包括：照度计算、负荷计算、等电位联接及安装、防雷与接地系统设计。本工程供电等级为三级，电源电压380/220V，用电负荷为每户6kw。 采用单位指标法进行负荷计算，而负荷计算对合理选择设备以确保安全可靠性与运行经济型等均起着决定性的作用。照明系统按环保节能标准设计，其中包括照度计算、灯具的选择、照明干线.本次设计通过减小线路能耗、采用铜芯导线、采用节能灯具等以达到节能要求。计量方式为在低压线路上安装计费电度表。插座系统按高档住宅标准设计。插座回路与照明回路由不同支路供电，潮湿场所应装设防潮、防溅型的插座。建筑物为第三类防雷建筑。接地系统采用TN-S系统。防雷系统设计在屋面上装设避雷针与避雷带相结合的接闪器，并且进行总体等电位联结和局部等电位联结。 设计符合国家有关规程规范和强制性标准要求，设备选型合理，满足使用功能，能较好地指导施工。 关键词：照明设计；供配电系统设计；防雷设计Abstract The design is entitled with electrical design on Wangli Courtyard Residential Building 89 Design contents includes: illumination computation, load calculation, selection of circuits and cross sections, current setting and checking of low voltage breakers, equipotential bonding installation, and as well as thunder protection and grounding system. The supply level of the project is defined as the 3rd hierarchy, and voltage level is presented by 380/220V, and household load is 6kw. Firstly, unit index method is applied to implement the load calculation, which plays a key role in selection of the suitable equipments so as to ensure safe reliable work and operational efficiency. Lighting design is implemented according to environmental energy-saving standards, and includes illumination calculation, the choice of lamps, lighting main circuits. The design adopts copper wires to reduce line loss, and the energy-saving camps to reduce energy loss. Measurement method is the meters are installed in low-voltage side. Sockets are designed according to high-end residential building standard, and socket and lighting circuits are arranged in diverse loops. In humid areas, splash-proof power outlets are installed. The building belongs to the 3rd level thunder protection architecture. Grounding system applies TN-S system. Thunder protection system is installed on the roof and the terminal system combines lightning rods and lightning belt together, and the general equipotential bonding and local equipotential bonding are installed.
