摘 要 改革开放后，我国城市绿化事业得到了很大的发展，绿化为保持城市良好的生态环境做出了重要贡献。随着实践经验的积累，人们对它的认识逐步深化，但现行的绿化管理体制和制度缺乏安全方面的具体内容。面对日益突出的城市绿化安全问题，应着重利用现有绿化法规标准，正确分析现阶段绿化安全特点，处理好绿化规划设计、经营管理、养护管理等各环节中绿化安全的问题，使城市绿化更健康、更稳定。 本文根据我国城市绿化的现状，针对城市绿化安全，从生态学、城市规划和管理等方面进行了分析，指出了当前城市绿化存在缺乏安全意识、盲目跟风的现象，并根据城市绿化中出现的失误，提出了城市绿化安全的概念。同时，在规范绿化安全管理制度的基础上建立绿化安全体系，依靠法规和技术保证绿化建设朝着健康、有序、规范的方向发展。 关键词：城市绿化安全；绿化植物引种和应用；绿化管理；生态绿化 Safe analysis of city afforestation Majie Jinxiuping Garden institute，Henan Institute of Science and Technology Abstract: After the reform and open policy, our country city afforested the enterprise to obtain the very big development, afforested for maintains the city good ecological environment to make the important contribution. Along with experience accumulation, the people gradually deepen to its understanding, but the present afforested management system and the system lack the security aspect the concrete content. Facing the prominent city afforestation security problem, responds day by day the heavy use existing afforestation laws and regulations standard, correctly analyzes the present stage afforestation security characteristic, processes the good afforested plan design, the management management, maintains the management and so on in various links to afforest the security the question, causes the city to afforest healthily, is stabler. This article according to the present situation which our country city afforests, in view of the city afforestation security, from aspect and so on ecology, urban planning and management has carried on the analysis, had pointed out the current city afforestation existence lacks the safe consciousness, blindly with the wind phenomenon, and afforests the fault according to the city which appears, put forward the city afforestation security concept.
