基于PLC的污水处理系统设计 摘要 随着工业的发展，不同类型的工厂都建立起来，污水的组成变得十分复杂，污水的处理成为了一个很大的问题，应该加快实施污水处理项目。我国在研究污水处理系统的过程中不断地提升自己，控制和监控技术也逐渐的提高。该系统的发展过程分很多个阶段，传统的污水处理厂一般都是工人用仪表手动进行操作，而现在的污水处理厂使用自动控制系统，很大程度的提高了处理污水的效率。本文设计了一个基于PLC技术的污水处理系统，首先指出污水中所含杂质和处理标准，介绍PLC相关知识；然后提出污水处理的主要流程，其中需要的设备包括粗格栅除污机、SBR池、滗水器、鼓风机等，这些都通过计算机、PLC等进行控制，本设计主要使用S7-300 PLC对主要流程进行程序的开发。本设计采用先进的PLC控制技术，有很高的可靠性，抗干扰能力强，能很稳定的进行工作，通过自动控制实现了污水的处理。 关键词：PLC；污水处理；STEP7 Design of Wastewater Treatment Control System Based on PLC ABSTRACT With the development of industry, different kinds of factories are set up, the composition of wastewater becomes very complex, how to deal with wastewater has become a big problem, we should speed up the implementation of wastewater project. We improve ourselves in the process of the research of wastewater treatment system, the technology of control and monitoring are also gradually improved. The development of the system is divided into a number of stages, the traditional wastewater treatment plants generally use instrument manually operation by workers, but today’s wastewater treatment plants use automatic control system, greatly improve the efficiency of wastewater treatment. The article design a wastewater treatment control system based on PLC, first it points out that the impurity content in the wastewater and processing standards, introduces the relevant knowledge of PLC, and then put forward the main wastewater treatment process, among it the required equipments including coarse grille decontamination machine, SBR, water decanter, blower, etc, these are all controlled by computers, PLC, etc. This design mainly uses S7-300 PLC to develop the program for the main process. This design uses advanced control system based on PLC with a high reliability, it has a strong anti-interference ability, it can work stably, wastewater treatment is realized through the automatic control.
