小型电动玉米脱粒机的设计 摘要：玉米作为一种高产稳产的粮食作物，其生产在国民经济中占有很重要的地位。玉米籽含有较丰富的营养，它不但是重要的粮食，而且是发展畜牧业的重要饲料，又是轻工业，食品业等不可缺少的原料之一。在未来国民经济发展中，我国要逐步改善饮食结构，增加肉，蛋，奶食用，还必须扩大玉米的种植面积并提高玉米的单产。作为玉米生产中的重要一环—脱粒，无疑将扮演一个越来越重要的地位。我国的玉米脱粒机都存在着玉米籽与杂物分离不够彻底，纯净度不高，而且玉米籽要靠人力才能堆成一堆，这无疑增加了人的劳动量。为了降低农民在玉米脱粒时的劳动强度，节省时间，提高工作效率，设计玉米脱粒机。首先在原理上，该机设计采用挤搓和撞击原理对玉米进行脱粒，脱粒板齿呈螺旋排列，提高了玉米的脱净率。其次，清选方面是采用风机进行清选，在一定方面上，提高了玉米穗和杂质的分离，提高了玉米粒的纯净度。 关键字：玉米脱粒机；纯净度；设计 Small electric design of the corn thresher Abstract: Corn as a kind of high and stable food crop and its production takes a very important position in national economy. Corn seeds contain rich nutrition, it is not only an important food, but also an important indispensable materials of animal husbandry, light industry. In the future the development of national economy, our country will gradually improve diet structure, increase the meat, eggs, milk edible, and also must expand corn acreage and improve the yield of corn.Corn treshing as an important part of production will play an increasingly important role undoubtedly. Chinas corn threshers has some programs,for example,the separation of corn seed and is not thorough and the purity is not high, and corn seed should rely on human to pile into a heap of, this undoubtedly increased Mans labor.In order to reduce labor intensity of farmers in corn treshing, save their labor time and improve work efficiency,I design this corn sheller. First, on the principle, the design improves corn’s pure rate by using crowed rub and impact of maize principle on corn for threshing and with spiral arragement treshing board tooth. Second, it uses fan to clean,which in some respectsit mproves the separation of corn ear and impurities and the purity of corn.
