政府投资工程管理方式研究 摘要：随着我国经济的快速发展，综合国力增强，政府投融资进行建设的工程越来越多。随着工程项目管理的发展，目前政府投资工程管理方式已经不能适应工程建设的发展。本文从政府投资项目的特征入手，阐述了我国政府投资项目管理现行工程建设的管理方式以及当前我国政府投资工程建设管理方式的改革实践这种现状。指出了当前政府监管制度的缺位，政府投资工程的造价管理制度的不完善，政府投资工程建设组织实施、政府投资项目试行工务局和代建制模式改革等问题。并进一步分析其原因，最后建议合理界定政府投资工程的范围，建立系统、规范的政府投资工程管理法规，建立完善的政府投资工程造价管理体系。本文研究表明我国政府投资项目的管理需要进一步改革，并指出需要一个正确的指导框架来引导这种改革。 关键词：政府投资工程 管理方式 研究 市场经济 Government investment in research project management Abstract: As Chinas rapid economic development, overall national strength has increased, the Government investment and financing projects for the construction of more and more.
