山东省山丘区小流域综合治理模式 摘要:李沟小流域属于鲁中南山丘区，属于大陆性半湿润季风气候，降雨集中，多暴雨，水土流失十分严重。同时，该区农村产业结构不合理，土地利用结构不合理，土地管理粗放，增产潜力巨大。为了解决以上问题，需要对该流域进行综合治理。为充分发挥该地区水土资源的生态、经济、社会效益，我们以小流域为基本单元，在全面规划的基础上，通过生态治理、经济治理和社会治理三个方面的综合治理，合理安排农林牧副各业用地，因地制宜地布设综合防治措施，对水土资源进行保护改良，合理利用。其目标是建立一个稳定、持续、高效的生态、经济和社会复合系统，实现小流域的可持续发展。 关键词：小流域综合治理；生态治理；经济治理；社会治理 Comprehensive Management Model of Small Watershed in Hilly regions of Shandong Province Author: lin qingtao Abstract: Ligou watershed is belonging to hilly regions in the middle-of-south of Shandong province. The climate here is belonging to the continental semi-humid monsoon climate with concentrated rainfall and many rainstorms. So, soil and water loss in this place is very serious. At the same time, the rural industrial structure and the land use structure here are unreasonable, and the land management is extensive with great potential increase in production. In order to solve all the problems above, we need carry out comprehensive governance in this basin. To maximize the ecological, economic and social benefits of soil and water resources, we take the small watershed as a basic unit and reasonably arrange the use of agriculture land, forestry land, animal husbandry land and other industries land and lay comprehensive prevention and control measures that adjust to local conditions to protect, improve and rationally utilize soil and water resources through ecological management, economic management and social management on the basis of comprehensive planning. The goal is to establish a stable, sustainable and efficient compound ecological, economic and social system, and realize the sustainable development of this small watershed.
