At present the study of learning motivation at home and abroad has gradually be mature and detailed, but in todays society a lot of people study how to cultivate children’s learning motivation from teachers and learners, and ignore the parents how to cultivate children’s learning motivation. In particular, many parents don’t realize the importance of family to cultivate children’s learning motivation; there also are a lot of parents who have no correct method of cultivating children’s learning motivation that lead to many defects in Primary school students’ learning motivation. The great factors such as the future development of Children and to be somebody or nobody are decided by family education. For parents, who want to improve the quality of family education, create a good atmosphere of family education, should fully learn the concept of learning motivation and the significance of parents cultivate children’s learning motivation, find out the factors that affect children learning motivation, know the problems exist in children’s learning motivation and create a series of effective method to improve childrens learning motivation. Key words: learning motivation; primary school students; the family education 在当今社会，家庭教育越来越受到人们的重视。但一些家长没有认识到家庭教育对学生身心健康发展的重要性，没有真正尽到父母的责任。孩子是家长的映射，孩子会在日常生活中模仿家长的行为、习惯、性格、态度等，家长的一言一行都对孩子起着重要作用。随着孩子年龄的增长，我们可以发现孩子的某些行为越来越像自己的父母，很少看到孩子会越来越像老师的情况，由此可见家庭教育对孩子的影响有多大。 很多孩子只是在学校才进行学习，认为学校才是学习的地方，家里就是玩耍休息的地方，家长不仅不能让孩子有效地进行学习，反而会让孩子厌倦学习。究其根源，在于家长没有掌握有效培养孩子学习的学习动机，从而不能有效提高孩子学习的主动性。每个人从出生起就面临着各种各样的学习，学习也是一个人一生的需要。只有正确又有价值的学习才是一个人学习的本质。同样的学习中有的人学习成绩好，有的人学习成绩差，有的人喜欢学习，有的人厌恶学习。归根结底就是每个人的学习动机不同，简而言之就是学生的学习目的、学习需要不同。现在是一个学习型的社会，人从出生到死
