摘 要 随着互联网技术的飞速发展，现在的家庭、学校及各种场所都要求了联网，而在一个小区则需要建立一个局域网以满足小区内部的需求，方便居民的联网。住宅的功能范围亦在发展变化，其中信息的快速传递与获取是一个重要方面。但现代人对住宅小区的功能要求是综合性的，并不仅限于信息技术方面，更何况人们对新技术的接受和应用还需要一个过程，这不仅受认识局限，还受到经济发展以及外部环境条件的限制。本设计就是对长春市旭日小区综合布线的设计。旭日小区是一个现代化的小区，综合布线不仅要考虑经济性还要应满足现在及未来几年内居民的需求例如数据、语音及视频的传输，视频会议，在线教育等等。本设计比较系统说明了建筑区子系统、设备间子系统、管理间子系统、干线子系统和水平子系统的设计以及各个系统所需要的材料，施工人员在施工时应注意的问题。在从事住宅小区智能化系统的规划设计和建设时，一定要首先了解居住者对住宅、小区的功能需求，才能更加适当地选择智能化系统的功能和服务标准。 关键词：双绞线；光缆；水平布线子系统；垂直干线子系统；配线架?  Abstract With the rapid development of Internet technology, now the family, school and various places asked networking, and in the area of a need to establish a local area network to meet the needs within the District, the convenience of the residents of the network.
