Unmanned aircraft, due to its low cost, high mobility and zero casualty and a series of features and widely respected, especially the practice shows that the recent local wars: in the rough, difficult to implement, the special topography in some tasks, unmanned aircraft is the best candidate task execution Key Words：Unmanned aircraft Communication Armed Police Application 1、引言 目前，我国武警部队“点多、线长、面广”，广泛分布在城镇、平原、山川、森林等广袤的地域。而野战部队，“无线为主，有线为辅”是目前的主要方式，通过在各大城市以及中心城镇建立基地转信台，联合移动车载台为主构成通信网络。而这通信网络则是依托大功率短波电台、卫星通信，同时利用小功率短波电台和超短波电台为节点的通信保障网络，相互衔接，互相补充。但是此种网络系统极容易受外在条件的影响，远远不能适应新形势新发展的需要。 就目前部队的发展势头而言，传统的野战综合通信手段已经落后并不能满足不对的需要了，缺乏多节点的及时信息无法保障信息的准确性，导致各级决策以及统一集中调度存在极大难度，信息的有效利用性大大降低，尤其是面临作战时，无法给各级指挥员提供最新的情报，在决策上存在一定的风险性。所以，为保障人员安全以及决策的准备性，无人机搭载通讯侦查系统在武警执勤处突中的运用研究有重要意义。 所以，对无人飞机的需求很是巨大。 同时，处突作战中，部队上级提供的情报极度有限，一般主要依赖自身的侦查手段，但是个人的侦察监视能力有限的，由此引发了对小型无人机对特定特殊地带的侦查。相较于侦查人员而言，可以在4000米高空飞行，也可以低空飞行而不受特殊气象影响的小型无人机，有着无可比拟的优越性。同时，由于小型无人机的技术的成熟，使得成本已经减小，不再是一笔不可预测的投入，因为广泛在部队中推行，是可行的，
