Climbing to the top of the hill，we saw a beautiful view. 2.V-ing 形式有时态和语态的变化。现在分词的一般式（doing）表示的动作与句子的谓语动作所表示的动作同时发生；其被动语态（being done）多表示一个被动的动作过程，这时句子的主语是分词动作的承受者，二者是被动关系。 Eg :The secretary worked late into the night,preparing a long speech for the president. Being asked to give a performance,she couldn’t very well refuse. 现在分词的完成时（having done）表示的动作发生在句子谓语动作之前，并已完成；其被动语态（having been done）意义相当于过去分词，具有完成和被动的意义。 Eg : Having cried for a while,the little girl went to her mother. Having been told many times,he still couldn’t get it. 3.V-ing形式在句中作状语时，可表示原因，时间，条件等意义，若分词的逻辑主语是句子的主语，则可将分词及其短语扩展成一个状语从句。 Eg: Hearing the news(=When they heard the news), they couldn’t help crying.
