Also called laminated nonwovens composite technology, is to put the two layer or layers of same or different materials by heat, pressure, sometimes combined with adhesive, combination method for overall, become a composite material, thus forming a kind of new material. A composite of a variety of materials can play the advantages of various materials, to overcome the defects of the single material, enlarge the range of materials. Composite technology widely used, one of the most typical example is the conventional spun-bonded, melt-blown method, such as multilayer surgery clothing materials, surface layer is a waterproof layer, middle layer is a barrier for breathable membrane, close-fitting lining is soft and comfortable cotton material. Multi-layer composite technology in addition to processing general fiber material, can also processing such as foam sponge, wood, plastic and other materials such as metals, such as splint made, windshield, and composite materials, composite aluminum alloy plates and application in various industrial fields of many products. Nonwovens can also through the composite technology used to improve its added value, expand the application range, and penetration into many new areas.
