PLC在火电厂化学水预处理程控系统中的应用 摘 要 化学水处理是电厂运行的必要的步骤，由于为电厂供水的原水含有较多的杂质，不经过处理会造成管道的堵塞，设备的腐蚀最终影响生产，浪费人力物力，造成经济损失，降低经济效益。所以完善的化学水处理系统可以提高电厂的工作质量，提高生产的工作效率。 我的毕业设计的设计方向就是西门子S7-200在化学水预处理系统中的应用，需要使用西门子公司的PLC产品来实现。 在控制领域，化学水处理的控制系统，有DCS控制系统，但和PLC比较，PLC的特点在于软硬件功能强大，编程成熟，及可靠的安全行，还有较好的性价比，所以系统多数是PLC构建的。 用PLC设计时，首先需要选择好程序所要用到的I/O点，并分配好地址。然后在进行系统设计。 用PLC设计需要实现化学水处理的所有功能。首先是澄清池的生水在规定范围内的加热，这里需要用到PLC的PID功能来调节澄清池的入口温度，来保证澄清池入出口温差小于2℃。还有清水箱的液位分段控制澄清池入口调节门开度，需要用到PLC的APR功能块，进行分段设置，然后再进行控制。出口浊度超标后的自动加药，则需要设置上限，当超过设定的上限时，自动加药。澄清池的定期排污则用到了PLC的定时功能。 经过设计后，最终实现化学水处理的自动控制，其结果可通过上位机来显示。同时还可以完成修改和手动操作的功能。 系统运行后，能减少了操作人员的工作量，提高工作效率。同时还能及时监控，确保生产安全。 关键词 PLC，化学水处理，程序控制  Abstract Water treatment is necessary steps to the operation of power plant . the plants raw water supply contains more impurities and not treated will cause pipeline plug, the ultimate impact of the production equipment corrosion, a waste of manpower and resources, resulting in economic losses and lower economic efficiency.
