It has the advantages of simple structure, easy programming, high reliability advantages, in the industrial processes and automatic control of the location has a distinct role. With the rapid development of science and technology, the application of PLC are constantly deepening of peoples lives. At the same time, with the development of social economy, city traffic problems caused by more and more peoples attention, the city vehicle quantity unceasing increase, many places appeared traffic overload operation situation. Therefore, we need as far as possible using the appropriate control method, maximum limit uses the good city high road, to ease traffic congestion, more and more become the transportation management and city planning department, the main problem that solves urgently.
