东风汽车集团物流信息系统优化设计 The Logistics Information System optimal Design of Dong feng Motor Group. 学 院：管理学院 专 业 班 级：物流管理1002班 学 号：100505227 学 生 姓 名：xxxxx 指 导 教 师： (教授) 2014年6月摘 要 随着国内汽车行业竞争的日益加剧以及现代物流信息技术的不断发展企业物流信息系统的构建逐渐成为企业提升竞争力的重要手段。我国属于制造大国汽车制造业在我国的经济生产中占据着重要的地位。对于像东风集团这样的汽车制造企业虽然具备一定的物流信息系统但是由于物流信息系统不够完善导致企业的物资供应不顺畅产销安排不合理因此有必要对原有的物流信息系统进行优化整合。 本文调查分析了国内外汽车行业的发展情况以及物流信息系统的应用现状主要运用系统分析的调查类分析方法与假设类分析方法对东风汽车集团现有的物流信息系统进行研究与分析。文章从企业物流信息系统的流程现状、功能定位、组织运行情况入手研究了东风汽车集团物流信息系统的运行现状找出企业物流信息系统存在的具体问题。根据企业发展战略需求及存在问题针对物流信息系统的流程、功能定位与组织运行情况对现有物流信息系统运用系统设计的方法进行优化设计。并强调全面的协调和规划从整体到局部探索优化企业物流信息系统的有效途径并在系统优化上给出了具体实施方案。本文在研究过程中既考虑到企业内部情况也考虑到了整个汽车制造业客观环境因此对东风汽车集团内部及整个汽车制造业都具有一定的指导意义。 关键词：物流信息系统；优化；汽车制造 Abstract With the continuous development of the growing competition in the domestic auto industry modern logistics and information technology， to build enterprise logistics information system has become an important means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Automobile manufacturing occupies an important position in Chinas economic production. Such as Dong feng Group for auto manufacturers although with certain logistics information system， but because of logistics information system is not perfect， resulting in material supply business is not smooth， marketing arrangements unreasonable， and therefore it is necessary for the existing information systems to optimize logistics integration.
