The m ethod o ffered by M ICAPS w as used to ana lyze the fields of physical quant ities. Resu lt show s that the in fluence system inducing the cont inual ha iling is the low wh irlpoo l shear of 500 hP a located at from no rthw est o f Q ingha iT ibet P lateau to North Ch ina; the deep unstable layer and unstable energy increased w ith altitude is the therm a l condit ion for occurrance o f strong convection; favorable low layer radiation com b ination and high layer radi ation d ispersion are the dynam ic factors o f the strong convection and the go ing up air m ovem ent enhanced w ith a lti tude o ffered the w ater vapoar cond ition for ha il form at ion.
