白细胞介素10 与孕妇过敏性体质关系的研究 摘 要 目的：探讨过敏性体质的孕妇外周血、新生儿脐血、母乳中的IL-10 水平与胎儿生后早期患过敏性疾病的关系，为今后预测婴儿过敏性疾病 的发生提供研究依据。 方法：选取2008年3月至2008年6月间在我院足月分娩的产妇165例， 其中将过敏性体质的孕妇孕期未曾发生过敏性疾病50例作为研究组1，将 过敏性体质的孕妇孕期发生过敏性疾病50例作为研究组2，将健康无过敏 性疾病史的足月孕妇65例纳入对照组。所有孕妇留取外周血、新生儿脐 血、母乳（初乳和成熟乳），采用ELISA法测定各样本中IL-10和IgE的含 量，结合IgE分析孕妇外周血、新生儿脐血、母乳（初乳和成熟乳）中IL-10 水平的变化情况。 结果：1.过敏性体质孕妇外周血 IL-10 水平较对照组明显降低，孕 期发生过敏性疾病致使外周血 IL-10 水平进一步降低。2.研究组新生儿 脐血 IL-10 水平低于对照组。3.三组母乳（初乳和成熟乳）IL-10 水平 无统计学差异。4.母血及脐血IL-10 与IgE 有相关性，呈负相关。 结论：过敏性体质孕妇血清中 IL-10 分泌不足，伴随新生儿脐血 IL-10 水平偏低，与胎儿生后早期过敏性疾病的发生发展有一定的联系。 母血及脐血 IL-10 与 IgE 存在负相关性，母血及脐血 IL-10 降低和IgE 升高应视为过敏性疾病的高危孕妇和新生儿，进行重点随访。 关键词：过敏，IL-10，IgE STUDY OF THE CONNECTION BETWEEN THE LEVEL OF IL-10 AND PREGNANT WOMEN WITH ALLERGY ABSTRACT Objective: The purpose of this study is to tell the relationship between the level of IL-10 in maternal serum, cord blood, breast milk and the risk of developing allergic diseases in neonatal period, providing the basis for the research of neonatal allergic diseases.
