The study reveals that drought, w a terlogging, hailstone, storm tide, earthquake character frequency, fluctuation; and spacial d ifferentiation, and drought, land subsidence character regionization and increasing seriousness in 20th century. A ccording to spacial intensity distribution of hazardformative factors and in combination w ith differentiation of regional hazardpregnant environm ent, three disaster regions are d istingu ished. Furthermore, combinatorial patterns of hazardpregnant envi ronment and zonal disasters for every d isaster region are assessed briefly. Some possible countermeasures are also given.
