PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT VI 摘要 本次毕业设计的任务是制作一份位于北京海淀的晓月苑公寓的投标书。依照相关的法律法规，根据工程要求对所需施工的劳动力、施工材料、施工机具和施工临时设施，经过科学计算后编制出一套合理可行的施工组织设计文件。 本设计主要的内容包括：工程施工组织设计书、中英文翻译、施工平面布置图。施工组织设计采用了流水施工工艺和网络计划技术，以便合理安排资源、工序和工期。投标文件商务部分主要是根据国家标准《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》(GB50500—2003)计算和编制投标报价清单。最后对工程实施清单报价进行了分析，阐述其中存在的问题及发展趋势。 关键字： 投标书； 工程量清单； 施工组织  ABSTRACT According to the releted laws and princles ,the request of engineering ,the construction labor force needed, the construction material the construction temporary facilities of machine tool and construction,after science calculation and whit meticulous care contrast and reasonable of arrangement after draw up a set of strategic deployment document that carries on a reasonable construction on time and space of. This design includes the following content: engineer construction design, Chinese and English translation, and construction, the floor plan. The business section, technical section of bids，tender documents and attached list have been finished. Tender documents are full fit for and give a promise to bidding documents. The technical section mainly regards with construction organizations, which adopted flowing-water technique and network planning to arrange recourses, job procedures and terms. The business section is mainly to calculate cost and compose the bills on the basis of Code of Valuation with Bill Quantity of Construction Works(GB50500—2003). Finally, using bill quantity to offer in the project was analyzed; some problems and tendency of them were interpreted.
