青岛理工大学毕业设计说明书 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT57 摘 要 本设计为天津市某金融综合办公大楼中央空调设计。根据该建筑物的功能要求和使用特点，分析比较了各种空调方式，确定该建筑物空调系统为风机盘管加独立新风系统和全空气系统。主要设计内容包括：空调冷热负荷的计算；送风量和新风量的确定;空调系统的划分；空调方式的选择；空调末端处理设备的选型；冷热源的选择；风系统的设计与计算；风管系统的设计；室内送风方式与气流组织形式的确定；水系统的设计与水力计算；冷热源的确定；管道的保温设计，防排烟的设计；消声防振设计等。本文所设计的中央空调系统既能满足热舒适性要求，又最大程度地考虑了建筑节能的需要。 关键词：综合楼，空调系统，风机盘管-新风系统，全空气系统，新风量，建筑节能； ABSTRACT This is a central air-conditioning design for a cultural building in TianJin City.The building covers an area about 20437.77square meters, and the air-conditioned area is about 13515.21 square meters. The cooling load is 1627.1kw,while cooling indexes is about120.38W/m2. And the heat load is 963.259kw , heat indexes is 71w/㎡. According to the building’s functional requirements application ,I analyzed and compared a variety of air-conditioning models and chose the fan-coil unit with fresh air system and the all-air system.The study content mainly includes: cooling and heating load calculation of air conditioning in the building;the determination of the supply air volume and the fresh air volume;the air-conditioning system division;the selection of modes of air conditonding system;the selection of air conditoning equipment;the selection of the cold and heat source;the design and caculation of the air system;the design of the air duct system; the determination of air supply mode and air distribution mode;the design and the hydraulic calculation of the water system;the determination of the cold and heat source;the thermal insulation design of the pipeline, the design of the smoke prevention and exhaust and the design of noise elimination and vibration prevention.This central air-conditioning design not only can satisfie the thermal comfort but it ,to a great extent,can meet the command of building energy-saving.
