摘 要 喷油泵是汽车柴油机上的一个重要组成部分。喷油泵总成通常是由喷油泵、调速器等部件安装在一起组成的一个整体。其中调速器是保障柴油机的低速运转和对最高转速的限制，确保喷射量与转速之间保持一定关系的部件。而喷油泵则是柴油机最重要的部件，被视为柴油发动机的“心脏”部件，它一旦出问题会使整个柴油机工作失常。 喷油泵有直列式、分配式、单体式等三大类。喷油泵要有动力源才能运转，它下部的凸轮轴是由发动机曲轴齿轮带动的。由此可见，对柴油机喷油泵的设计及制造提出了严格的要求。 本次毕业设计任务是对柴油机喷油泵的工艺设计与夹具设计,在柴油机喷油泵零件的加工工艺过程中主要是对Φ8.7H7孔及Φ9H8孔和油泵内圆的加工，其中Φ8.7H7孔与内圆中心线之间、Φ9H8孔与油泵端面之间、Φ9H8孔与内圆中心线之间都有位置要求, 因此采用专用夹具以毛坯外圆定位先加工内圆及Φ8.7H7孔,再以内圆及Φ8.7H7孔定位钻Φ9H8孔。 在夹具的设计过程中，主要以支承钉、菱形销和定位心轴来定位，靠螺钉来实现夹紧。同时夹具可绕铰链回转，以便于装卸。 关键字：喷油泵，工艺设计，夹具设计，定位，夹紧 Diesel fuel injection pump process design and fixture design ABSTRACT Diesel fuel injection pump is the important constituent.
