货币政策对我国就业的影响研究 摘 要 自从我国加入世界贸易组织以来,经济环境更为复杂,货币政策面临更多的变量。那么,中国政府在全球经济危机的背景下如何制定行之有效的货币政策,是摆在中央银行面前不可避免的问题。2012年中央经济工作会议对于明年的经济工作提出的总体要求是：“继续实施积极的货币政策和稳健的货币政策”。因此,我国目前执行的是稳健的货币政策。本文将在这个经济大背景下，探究货币政策对我国就业的影响。 本文首先对货币政策进行理论分析，通过对货币政策的定义、演变进行分析和回顾。其次，本文通过运用利用1994至2003年的数据，对货币供应量增长率、CPI及GDP增长率进行对比，分析得出货币政策的效果不够明显。2003年至2007年间央行主要采取了稳健的货币政策。2008至2012年间通过数据及利率的对比，中国控制通货膨胀的政策取得了明显的效果。 本文认为市场经济不完善以及投资结构的不合理等是造成我国货币政策就业效应不明显的原因。因此我国应该加快税费改革、调整财政支出方向和结构，提高我国货币政策的就业效应。 关键词：货币政策 就业 走向选择 挑战 稳健  Abstract Since Chinas accession to the WTO,the economic environment is more complex,moneary policy is faced with more variables.So,the Chinese government in the global economic crisis under the background of how to develop effective monetary policy,is an inevitable problem for the centarl bank. Central economic work conference in 2012 for the overall requirements of economic work next year is:“we will continue to implement the active monetary policy and prudent monetary policy.”Therefore,enforce a prudent monetary policy in our country at present.This paper will in this economic backdrop,explore monetary policy impact on employment in our country. Firstly,this paper analysis the moneteray policy,review the definitin and the evolution of monetary policy.Secondly,by using data from 1994 to 2003,compare to the growth rate of money supply,the growth rate of CPI and GDP,we can get the conclusion that the effect of monetary policy are clear enough.Between 2003 and 2007,the central bank mainly adopted monetary policy.Comparing the data and the interest rate between 2008 and 2012,Chinas inflation policy achieved obvious effect. This paper argues that market economy is imperfect and unreasonable investment structure is the cause of monetary policy in our country employment effect is not obvious.Therefore,our country should speed up the reform of taxes and fees,adjust the direction and the structure of fiscal expenditure,improve the employment effect of the monetary policy in China.
