兰州交通大学毕业论文  PAGE 19 中文摘要 近年来，随着经济全球化进程的进一步加快，我国的对外投资进入了飞速发展阶段。中小企业在我国国民经济中占有重要位置，在经济全球化的今天，中小企业对外投资应迅速发展，但长期以来，大型跨国公司始终是我国对外投资关注的焦点。其海外投资的发展状况直接关系到我国经济在世界经济中的地位。同时，海外投资可分为海外直接投资和海外间接投资，在海外投资中，显然海外直接投资占主导位置，所以我主要从海外直接投资这一方面入手，从而进一步研究我国中小企业海外投资现状及其对策。 本文首先阐述了当前我国中小企业海外投资的发展现状特点及所取得的成效，接着具体分析中小企业在海外投资的理论基础和现实可行性，以及其过程中存在的投资结构不合理、融资困难和人才缺乏等问题，最后针对上述问题从政府和企业、宏观和微观两个角度提出若干促进我们中小企业海外投资的对策及建议。 关键词 中小企业；海外投资；理论基础；对策分析 Abstract In recent years, with further accelerate the process of economic globalization, Chinas foreign investment has entered a stage of rapid development. SMEs occupy an important position in Chinas national economy, foreign investment should be the rapid development of SMEs in the economic globalization today, but a long time, the large multinational companies has always been the focus of Chinas foreign investment. Development of its overseas investment is directly related to our countrys economic position in the world economy. The same time, overseas investment into foreign direct investment and foreign indirect investment in overseas investment, it is clear that foreign direct investment is the dominant position, so I start from foreign direct investment, overseas investment in the status quo of Chinese SMEs to further study and its countermeasures. This paper describes the current status quo of the development of Chinas overseas investment for SMEs characteristics and the results achieved, then the theoretical basis and practical feasibility of the specific analysis of small and medium enterprises in overseas investment, as well as its process irrational investment structure, financing difficulties, and issues such as the shortage of talent, and finally address the problem from two angles of the government and enterprises, both macro and micro, certain countermeasures and suggestions to promote our SME overseas investment.
