The way and the amount of collected money will influence the capital structure, and have a decisive impact to the profitability of companies. Different financing forms different capital structure, so as to form the different financial risk, and then decide the profitability of the company, which have a leading role on the development of the future of the company. This study introduce the financing first, which including the meaning of financing, the methods of financing, and then raises capital institutions and the content of the financial risk. This paper has an analysis on China’s listed company of current situation, and analyzes the causes of this phenomenon, at last put forward my own views and countermeasures. Finally, this study use Sichuan CHANGHONG Co.,LTD as an example, which analyzes the influence on the change of the capital structure on the company profitability and financial risk.
