电子商务应对诚信危机的对策思考_论文.docVIP

摘  要  电子商务(E-commerce)是指交易当事人或参与者利用现有的计算机技术、网络 技术等现代信息技术所构成的电子网络环境所进行的各类商务活动。它是信息技术 发展到一定阶段并应用于各种商务活动中的产物，是人类文明发展的结果。虽然电 子商务在当前我国新经济状态下的有着光明前景的商业形态，但在它迅速发展的过 程中又正面临着严重的诚信危机。 诚信问题作为一切商务活动的基本准则，在电子商务活动中担负着重要使命。 但由于各种现实原因，导致目前我国电子商务界出现诚信危机的状况，而由此引发 的网络伦理问题更是值得我们去探索思考。文章包括电子商务信用现状、电子商务 存在的信用危机问题和提出电子商务信用危机对策三大方面。文章从电子商务的立 法规范、电子商务的行业自律、道德伦理及网络技术等四大方面研究入手，结合了 国内著名的电子商务网，如淘宝网等网站的例子，从网络伦理学的角度审视电子商 务的困境，指出了存在于电子商务运作各环节中的危机障碍, 提出了我国电子商务 诚信缺失问题的思路和途径，并提出了解决对策.，旨在指导建立我国电子商务信用 管理体系，为电子商务的发展营造一个较为宽松的信用环境，这些对推动我国电子 商务市场的健康发展，具有很现实的意义。 关键词：电子商务 诚信危机 网络伦理 淘宝 I Abstract Each kind of commercial activity which the electronic commerce (E-commerce) is refers to the transaction litigant or participation uses which existing modern information technology and so on computer technology, network technology constitutes the electronic network environment carries on. It is the information technology develops the certain stage and applies in each kind of commercial activity the product, is the human civilization development result. Although the electronic commerce has the bright prospect under the current our country new economical condition the commercial shape, rapidly develops in it in the process is facing the serious good faith crisis. The good faith question took all commercial activities the basic criterion, is shouldering the important mission in the electronic commerce activity.
