洼里变电站综合自动化改造项目进度控制研析.doc

华北电力大学工程硕士学位论文  摘  要  项目管理在我国是一个相对成熟理论体系，它是系统的管理过程中的一些工 具和技能、方法等与其他应用领域相结合的成果，具有优化配置资源、降低成本、 提高利润、提高效率的重要作用。在工程成本、质量、进度这三个项目管理控制 目标中，进度控制是最主要的内容。它有效地控制了项目进度实施，并且保证其 顺利的达到预期的目标，这是一项项目管理的中心任务。 本文从项目的进度控制理论和变电站改造项目的特点出发，具体研究了洼里 变电站综合自动化改造项目，我们具体分析了洼里变电站综合自动化改造项目过 程中存在的一些问题，然后我们运用理论与技术应用等方面详细的分析了洼里变 电站综合自动化改造项目的进度控制计划与实施环节，最后针对上述存在的这些 问题，我们提出了相应的措施。 关键词：变电站综合自动化；进度控制；关键线路路法 I 华北电力大学工程硕士学位论文 Abstract Project management in China is a relatively mature theoretical system, it is a system management process some of the tools and skills, methods, and other application areas such as the results of the combination, with optimal allocation of resources, reduce costs, increase profits, improve efficiency of the important effect. In construction cost, quality, schedule control of the three objectives of project management, schedule control is the most important content. It effectively control the progress of the implementation of the project and ensure its smooth to achieve the desired goal, which is a central task of project management. In this paper, the progress of the project control theory and the characteristics of substation reconstruction project, the transformation of substation automation Wali study, the specific schedule for implementation of the project control process to analyze some problems in the problem, the progress of construction from the theory of control and technology application to Wali substation automation of the progress of reconstruction projects and other aspects of the implementation of control plans and a detailed analysis, and proposed project schedule that exist in the operation of the project specific issues, and finally address these issues, we proposed corresponding measures.
