土木工程专业毕业设计(东北农业大学宿舍楼计算书)要点.doc

摘要 958m2，总建筑面积为5657.28 m2，共六层，每层层高3.6m。该工程位于6°抗震设防区，结构设计基准期为50年。根据毕业设计要求，本设计包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。在建筑设计部分主要进行了平面设计、立面设计、剖面设计，以及屋面、楼梯和墙体构造设计，并充分考虑不同建筑空间的组合，满足了建筑使用功能的要求。结构设计部分主要包括墙体高厚比验算，墙体承载力验算，现浇梁及现浇楼板的计算及配筋，现浇楼梯的计算等。 关键词：宿舍楼；砖混结构；建筑设计；结构设计 Abstract This project is the design of Northeast Agricultural University students dormitory building, located in Harbin District of Xiangfang City, for the masonry structure, covers an area of about 958m2, a total construction area of 5657.28 m2, a total of six layers, each layer of 3.6m. The project is located in 7 degree seismic fortification zone, service life of 50 years. According to the graduation design requirements, the design includes architectural design and structural design of two parts. In the architectural design part mainly carries on the plane design, the main facade design, profile design and roof, stairs, wall structure design, and fully consider the different combination of architectural space, to meet the functional requirements of building use; structure design mainly includes the high wall thickness than checking, checking load-bearing capacity of wall, the calculation and reinforcement concrete the depth of beam and slab, the calculation of cast-in-place stairs.
