分类号 编 号 毕 业 论 文 题目 国电电力2007年度财务报表分析 院 、 系 管理与经济学院 专 业 会计学 姓 名 学 号 指导教师 年 月 日 国电电力2007年度财务报表分析 摘要：财务报表虽然为信息使用者提供了企业财务状况、经营成果方面的资料，但是单纯从财务报表的简单数字和文字上得不出实质性的成果，而要利用一定的分析方法和分析技巧，同时结合实际情况，对资产负债表、利润表和现金流量表进行全面综合分析，以便作出科学决策，这个系统的动态过程就是财务报表分析。只有通过财务报表分析，才能使信息使用者、决策者得到确切的企业财务状况和经营成果的信息，进而指导决策。本文从一个财务报表外部使用者的角度，以公司财务管理和财务报表分析的有关理论和研究方法为依据，主要通过比较分析法、因素分析法来分析国电电力2007年度的主要财务数据，找出国电电力各主要财务指标期初、期末的变化状况，探求变化的原因及变化的内在逻辑关系。在各项财务指标的分析过程中，本文还引入了行业均值，将国电电力与其进行横向对比，以便在综合把握国电电力财务绩效的同时，加深对中国电力行业总体经营状况的了解。在完成上述分析后，，本文概要总结了燕京啤酒的财务状况和经营业绩，试指出该公司在经营、管理方面存在的一些问题，并提出相应的建议，供管理者决策参考。 关键词：国电电力，财务报表，财务分析，财务指标 Analysis on Financial Statements of GD Power Development Co. Abstract: Although financial statement provide materials of financial position and managing achievements in enterprises, but apparently, we can not get useful information unless adopt some analysis methods and techniques to analyze balance sheet, income statements and cash flow statements comprehensively, at the same time consider the reality of enterprise. This systematic and dynamic process is called financial statement analysis.
