 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 49 安徽网新科技公司培训体系研究 中 文 摘 要 随着中国融入国际化进程的加快,越来越多的中国企业开始意识到培训对于企业的发展有其重要的意义。很多企业把人才的培养当成了企业可持续化发展的动力与源泉。但是在企业的培训中却存在很多误区,往往使精心准备的一场培训,却难以取得预定的效果,培训的质量大打折扣。同时会出现企业培训管理混乱,培训体系不健全等情况。 安徽网新科技有限公司成立于2001年,是目前安徽提供企业网络营销服务的专业公司,通过精准,定向的网络传媒,帮助企业将其广告传播给目标客户群。目前公司在安徽各地市有9个分公司,600多名员工、万余家客户、每年营业收入超亿元。 本文通过对安徽网新公司现有的培训管理体系开展研究,采用访谈、调查问卷、现场观察等多种方法,发现企业培训中所存在的问题并提出对策。并结合企业人力资源战略及能力素质模型设计出网新公司的企业培训体系。其中包括:培训制度体系设计、内训师管理体系、培训评估体系、培训课程管理体系、培训资源管理体系等。 【关 键 词】培训、能力素质模型、培训体系 【论文类型】人力资源管理 Abstract With Chinas integration into the international process to speed up, more and more Chinese companies are beginning to realize that training has important significance for the development of the enterprise.
