Y型接骨板联合抗骨质疏松对老年肱骨远端骨折的治疗探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨Y型接骨板联合抗骨质疏松对老年肱骨远端骨折患者的治疗效果。 方法 整群选取2013年8月―2015年2月收治的98例老年肱骨远端骨折患者按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各49例。两组患者均行抗骨质疏松治疗，观察组另给予Y型接骨板治疗，对照组另给予双侧锁定钢板治疗。对比两组治疗前、后肘关节功能得分及骨折临床愈合时间、骨性愈合时间。 结果 两组治疗前肘关节功能得分无明显差异（P0.05）；观察组治疗后肘关节功能得分高于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 Y型接骨板联合抗骨质疏松法可有效的促进老年肱骨远端骨折患者肘关节功能的恢复。 中国论文网 /6/view-7242964.htm 　　[关键词] Y型接骨板；抗骨质疏松；老年；肱骨远端骨折 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）02（a）-0064-02 　　Treatment Observation on Y Type Bone Fracture Plate Combined with Anti-osteoporosis for Fracture of Distal End of Humerus in Elderly 　　FENG Song-bai 　　Bone invasive surgery， Heze Municiple Hospital， Heze， Shandong Province， 274031 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the treatment effect of Y type bone fracture plate combined with anti-osteoporosis for fracture of distal end of humerus in elderly. Methods 98 cases of elderly patients with fracture of distal end of humerus treated in our hospital from August 2013 to February 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 49 cases in each according to the table of random number and were treated with anti-osteoporosis， the observation group were treated with additional Y type bone fracture plate， the control group were treated with additional bilateral locking steel plate， the elbow function score， the clinical healing time of fracture and the time of bone healing of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The difference in the elbow function score between the two groups before treatment was not obvious （P0.05）； the elbow function score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment （P0.05）.
