毕业设计（论文） 题目名称：枪色电镀工艺的研究 院系名称：材料与化工学院 班 级：应用化学072 学 号：200701534223 学生姓名： 指导教师： 2011年05月 枪色电镀工艺的研究 Study of the Plating Process during Gun-color Electro-deposition 院系名称：材料与化工学院 班 级：应用化学072 学 号：200701534223 学生姓名：黄伟 指导教师：赵尧敏 2011年 05 月 摘要 作为彩色电镀的一员，枪色镀层外观庄重优雅，闪现迷人寒光，倍受消费者喜爱，有很大市场潜力，因而近年来发展迅速。 可以通过多种镀液体系来获得迷人的光亮枪色镀层，本文以无毒的焦磷酸盐镀液体系在光亮镍基底上镀锡镍合金镀层进行研究，着重考察镀液的稳定性。枪色镀层需要沉积在光亮镍基底上。通过相关文献找出适宜的光亮镀镍体系，做出光亮镍沉积层，为后续枪色镀镍做准备。本设计通过对镀液中Sn2+离子浓度的测定、在一定时间内的沉积层的电化学性能及表面金相的研究来考察枪色镀镍镀液的稳定性。 此外通过单因素实验考察查了镀层厚度，并通过霍尔槽实验考察电流密度对枪色镀层的影响。 ：电镀，枪色，锡镍合金，焦磷酸盐，稳定性 Abstract As a member of the color plating , The gun-color electroplating film looks elegant and superb flashing the charming luminescence. Since it attracts the consumers so much it owes a great potential of market value，It is developing very fast recently. There are a few baths system from which we can obtain the gun-color electro-depositions, this paper by studied the pyrophosphate bath system on a bright nickel deposition. To obtain the gun- color electro-depositions，we must deposit a bright nickel deposition as a intermediate layer firstly. By consulting correlative references and materials , the best operating parameters of bright nickel electro-deposition including solution constitution were ascertained through experiments. This established a basis of the latter gun-color electro-deposition. By study the gun-color electro-depositions’ electrochemical performance and metallographic analysis of the surface inside proper time. Beside, single factor experiments with the coating thickness has been study . And the current density has been study by Hull Cell test .
