On the basic of the basic research objectives, and the highway industry environment analysis to proceed PEST of Macro environmental analysis and Porter’s five competitive forces model of competition environment analysis, based on the perspective of financial analysis for Shenzhen expressway’s short-term solvency and long-term solvency of each index to carry on the analysis and research. Compared with Huabei expressway company limited, we can found that the Shenzhen expressway’s solvency. After the results of analysis, forecasting this company’s solvency in the future and getting the factors of affecting the solvency, and than put forward the corresponding suggestions to improve the optimize the development of the enterprise.
