摘要 本工程是根据生产实践进行设计，本次设计包括建筑设计、结构设计、施工组织设计三部分的内容。 该工程名称为沈阳市某制造厂办公楼，建筑总面积6425.72 ㎡，该建筑物共有7层，高27.15m，设停车场，建筑造型为V形。 此建筑采用框架结构，采用柱下独立基础，由于建筑结构外形变化，所以建筑外形变化处设置变形缝，变形缝宽度为150mm。本建筑在设计时主要考虑水平方向的地震作用，并注意层间位移。本建筑的建筑部分主要完成了建筑的平面、立面、剖面设计。结构设计部分主要完成了结构方案确定的一榀框架和梁、柱的内力计算、配筋计算，绘制了基础平面布置图及基础详图、标准层结构布置图及板配筋图、一榀典型框架的配筋图、主要楼梯的配筋图。 施工组织设计是对此建筑各个方面的特点进行细致深入分析后制订的。 该建筑安全等级为二级，设防烈度为7度，应用PKPM软件，计算整体框架的内力值及配筋。 关键词: 框架结构;建筑设计; 结构设计;施工组织设计。 Abstract According to the production practice, this project is a design which includes architecture design, structural design and the construction organization design. This project is a V-shaped factory building in ShenYang City whose height is 27.25 meters and build-up area is 6425.72 square meters and there are 7 layers in all in this building. Also a car park is located here. This building adopts frame structure with under column independent foundation. Due to the change of building structural shape, deformation joint that is 150mm wide is installed in every change point. In design of this building, horizontal seismic effect is the main concern. The displacements between layers are also considered. The construction part of the building is mainly graphic design, elevation design and profile design. The structural design completes the calculation of one and beams, columns of internal force and the reinforcement of the foundation designed by the structural plan, drawing layout and basic map, standard layer structure layout, reinforcement plate, a common framework of typical reinforced diagram and the main stair of reinforcement are also included in it. After careful, precise and deep analysis of the characteristics of various aspects about the building, the constructional organization design is decided. The security rating of this building is the second, and the fortification intensity is 7. By application of PKPM software, the internal value of the whole framework and reinforcement are calculated.
