河北联合大学轻工学院 QINGGONG COLLEGE, HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY 毕业论文 论文题目：双酚A环氧树脂的合成工艺研究 学生姓名： 学 号：200815340117 专业班级：08q高分子1班 学 部：材料化工部 指导教师： 2012年05月24日 摘 要 双酚A环氧树脂是使用最普遍而广泛的环氧树脂，低分子量双酚A环氧树脂既是绝缘材料、胶黏剂和涂料等的重要原料，又是制备中高分子量环氧树脂的起始预聚物。 本文研究的是以双酚A和环氧氯丙烷为原料用一步法合成环氧树脂，主要研究内容有：掌握分子量的制备条件及环氧值测定方法及计算℃较宽的温度范围内固化 ℃之间时所得到的双酚A环氧树脂固化最快，且固话的较好。在初始温度和最终温度均相同的情况下，NaOH的用量为20ml时环氧值最小，NaOH的用量多于或少于20ml时，环氧值都会变大；而同时环氧值越小，粘度越大。在初始温度相同的情况下，最终温度为85℃时，环氧值最小，温度越低，环氧值越大；而同时环氧值越小，粘度越大。 关键词 双酚A，环氧氯丙烷，环氧树脂, 环氧值，粘度 Abstract Bisphenol A epoxy resin is a kind of epoxy resin which is widely used. Low molecular weight of Bisphenol A type epoxy resin is important raw materials in insulation materials, adhesive and coating, it is also starting pre-polymer in preparation of medium, high molecular weight epoxy resin. This paper investigated that using bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin as raw materials, epoxy resin was synthesized by one-step method. The main research contents are: grasp the different molecular weight of the preparing conditions and epoxy value measuring method and the calculation of the reactant; NaOH concentration and reaction temperature on the experimental effect, determine the epoxy value and viscosity of epoxy resin. The result indicated that the Bisphenol A epoxy resin in a wide temperature range of 20-80℃ curing, curing volume shrinkage. In the same external environment, the amount of NaOH in 20ml-30ml between the temperature between 80-90°C when the fastest and fixed the better. In the initial temperature and final temperature were the same circumstances, the amount of NaOH for 20ml epoxy value of the smallest, the amount of NaOH is more than or less than 20ml, epoxy value will be larger; while the smaller the epoxy value. The same initial temperature, final temperature of 85°C, epoxy value, temperature, the lower the value of epoxy; while epoxy smaller the value, the greater the viscosity.
