The low-density residential is continually develop with economic and social development. In current society, low-density residential in the relative scarcity of land resources in the city, should provide consumers with a high comfort, health, recreation, ecological sustainability, personalized living environment and the contradiction between the housing and the environment, greatly improve the quality of life of consumers.
