基于CCR- DEA 的中国港口上市公司成本效率评价研究 陈伟，李毅钊，方昭，高歌，薛传利 （重庆交通大学 管理学院，重庆 400074） 摘要：随着上海自贸区的建立，我国的对外贸易必将迎来一个新的发展机遇，而与之相关的以水路运输和相关服务为主营业务的港口水运企业也将迎来更为广阔的发展空间，得到越来越多的投资者的青睐。本文在选取固定资产净值、主营业务成本等为投入指标，基本每股收益、主营业务收入等为产出指标构建港口上市公司成本效率评价指标体系的基础上，建立了CCR- DEA的港口上市公司成本效率评价模型并得出了如下结论: 1) 2013年国内上市港口公司中没有成本效率为1的企业,但接近1的还是有连云港（0.9927）、重庆港九（0.8990）和日照港（0.8420）三家企业，且连云港排名首位。2) 2013年的国内上市港口公司成本效率整体上比较乐观, 但深圳市盐田港（0.0654）的发展前景还是令人担忧, 其成本效率要远远低于其他港口上市公司。 关键词：港口上市公司;成本效率;CCR- DEA;评价模型 Evaluation of the cost-effectiveness of Chinese ports Corporations in the stock market based on CCR- DEA Chen Wei,Li Yizhao,Fang Zhao,Gao Ge,Xue Chuanli （School of Management ，Chongqing Jiaotong University，Chongqing 400074） Abstract：With the establishment of a free trade area of Shanghai, Chinas foreign trade will usher in a new development opportunities, and shipping companies which are associated with water transportation will usher in a broader development,attracting more and more investors.Based on the net fixed assets, main business costs, basic earnings per share, the main business this paper builds a CCR- DEA cost efficiency evaluation model of ports Corporations in the stock marke and reaches the following conclusions: 1) Chinese ports Corporations in the stock market are not cost-efficiency for one, but there are some companies,Lianyungang, Rizhao and Chongqing, which are close to one in 2013.And Lianyungang ranks first.2) The overall cost-efficiency of Chinese ports Corporations in the stock market is optimistic in 2013,but the prospects for development of Yantian is worrying and its cost efficiency is much lower than other ports listed companies.
