Logistics is an important part of the import and export trade. Nowadays , particularly the inshore cities of our southeast country are flourishing on trading, freight forwarders quickly rise. But there are still have some problems both in the structural organization and management. They should be solved at once. To develop the third party logistics is the exit of the freight forwarders. It will provide to contract as control the customer, based on an alliance with the systematic, personalized, information service agent. This is the result that logistics service turns to be specialized, centralized . It’s the different from traditional. Its profit is based on the integration resources and management and it creates new value. After the transition, the freight forwarders will make full use of the good opportunity of WTO ,in order to better serve our country’s import and export trade, learn and absorb other country’s third-party logistics services ,and the development of the advanced experie
