In this paper, the mold is the stamping die,and stamping forming is one of the important methods of metal forming. It is mainly suitable for relatively soft metal, in which method,a precision work of complex shape can be formed at once. This subject is to use bearing cage as the part of mold,based on the related knowledge about cold punching mold,to demonstrate the design progress of the cold punching die at last. The mold design of the formulate artifacts uses Auto CAD software to draw. Clear design ideas, determine the process of stamping and calculate each specific part in detail.The structure designed in this way can ensure the using reliability of mold,and also ensure the coordination with other parts.
