摘 要 新时期，全面推进素质教育，切实加强师德建设是当前小学教育的中心环节。加强小学师德建设有利于更好的发展我国的义务教育事业，加快人才建设的步伐，对我国教育的整体建设，社会的全面发展提供强有力的保证。 振兴民族的希望在于培养优秀的教师，而培养优秀的教师的关键在于建设良好师德。良好师德的建立是教师从事教育的前提，是教师体现专业自我和价值的源泉。古今往来，师德一直是关注的焦点。苏霍姆林斯基说过：“教育者的崇高道德品质是教育获得成功的重要前提。”所以说，加强师德建设势在必行。 在本论文中，我想通过对当前的小学教师的师德探析，了解当前小学教师的职业道理素质水平以及存在的问题，去努力发现解决小学教师师德中的问题，从而来大力提高我国小学教师的素质水平，为学生的成长提供保证。 关键词：师德 师德问题 师德建设ABSTRACT The new period, the comprehensive promotion of quality education, strengthen the construction of teachers morality is the central link in the current primary school education.
