Methods 120 perinatal pregnant women from October 2012 to 2014 October in our hospital were selected and divided into the general nursing group of the only daughter，the psychological nursing group of the only daughter and the general nursing group of the non only daughter according to different nursing and whether only child patients，40 cases in each group.The general nursing group of only daughter was given routine nursing care in the perinatal period.The psychological nursing group daughter was given sychological nursing intervention measures on the basis of conventional nursing.The general nursing group of the non only daughter was only given conventional care.The score of HAMA and HAMD among three groups at 28 weeks of pregnancy and postpartum 1 weekswas compared.
