螺旋CT诊断强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节炎的临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨螺旋CT诊断强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节炎的临床效果。 方法 整群选取该院于2011年6月―2014年6月期间，治疗的48例强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节炎患者作为研究对象，分别进行螺旋CT及X 线平片检查，对比两种检查方法对强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节炎的病变及征象显示情况。 结果 对于I级、II级的强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节炎的检查诊断中，螺旋CT检出率显著大于X线平片，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；螺旋CT诊断强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节炎，对关节面侵蚀、骨质囊变、骨质增生硬化、软组织肿胀的征象检出率显著大于X线平片，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 螺旋CT诊断强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节炎的临床效果确切，具有较高的密度及软组织分辨率，清晰显示强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节炎的各种病变及征象，显现较高的有效性，具有较高的临床价值。 中国论文网 /6/view-7249559.htm 　　[关键词] 强直性脊柱炎；骶髂关节炎；螺旋CT；诊断 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）12（c）-0189-03 　　Clinical Analysis of Spiral CT in Diagnosis of Ankylosing Spondylitis and Sacroiliitis 　　ZHANG Gui-xing， CAI Cai-yun， HUANG Ye-ming 　　Xiamen Fifth Hospital， Xiamen， Fujian Province， 361101 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of spiral CT in diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis and sacroiliitis.
