膀胱癌患者膀胱切除回肠代膀胱腹壁造口术的围手术期护理效果 　　【摘要】 目的：为了进一步提高笔者所在医院膀胱癌方面的治疗优势，探讨和分析在膀胱癌患者行膀胱切除回肠代膀胱腹壁造口术的围手术期实施优质护理的价值和意义。方法：随机选取2010年1月-2013年1月来笔者所在医院住院治疗的13例膀胱癌患者作为研究对象，在治疗方案上均采取膀胱切除回肠代膀胱腹壁造口术进行治疗，术后给予优质护理，包括常规护理、心理护理等。结果：研究结果显示，入组的13例患者中，11例患者手术顺利完成，术后切口愈合完全，2例患者术后出现肺部感染，经给予抗生素抗感染及对症治疗后，患者病情得到控制，未出现其他并发症，顺利出院。结论：对于膀胱癌患者行膀胱切除回肠代膀胱腹壁造口术后实施优质护理，能明显降到各种不良事件的发生率，提高临床疗效，预防医疗纠纷的发生，值得推广和应用。 中国论文网 /6/view-7248730.htm 　　【关键词】 膀胱癌； 膀胱切除术后； 护理方法； 疗效 　　中图分类号 R473.6 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）34-0096-02 　　doi：10.14033/ki.cfmr.2015.34.001 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe and analyze the value and significance of perioperative high quality nursing care in patients with ileal bladder and abdominal colostomy，in order to improve our advantage of therapy for bladder cancer.Method：13 cases with bladder cancer，who were admitted in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013，were selected as the research objects.They were all given ileal bladder and abdominal colostomy for treatment and perioperative high quality nursing care such as conventional nursing，psychological nursing，etc.Result：After statistical analysis found that 11 patients surgery were completed，the postoperative wound healing completely，2 cases had postoperative pulmonary infection，after given the antibiotic resistance to infection and symptomatic treatment，patients were remission，no other complications occurred，discharged smoothly.Conclusion：The perioperative high quality nursing for bladder cancer patients with ileal bladder and abdominal colostomy can significantly reduce the incidence of all kinds of adverse events，improve clinical curative effect and prevent the occurrence of medical dispute，which is worth of popularization and application. 　　【Key words】 Bladder cancer； After resection of the bladder； Nursing methods； Curative effect 　　First-authors address：The Fifth Hospital of Wuhan City，Wuhan 430050，China 　　doi：10.14033/ki.cfmr.2015.34.043 　　膀胱癌是临床常见的恶性肿瘤之一，临床具有发展快、早期出现远处转移、易复发的临床特点。膀胱癌好发于男性，其发病率比女性高4倍左右。诱发膀胱癌发病的因素很
