基于员工满意度的员工流失行为分析 ——以新疆玛雅房屋经纪有限公司为例 摘 要 随着市场经济的发展、工作机会的日益增多,人才流动环境逐渐形成,员工离职已经成为社会的一种普遍现象。产业结构重新调整,各种资源重新配置,面对转型时期的大环境,企业员工的心理也经受着诸多挑战。很多员工因为对企业的种种不满,转而寻求其他的工作机会,员工满意度的降低造成许多企业员工严重流失。如何有效的控制企业员工流失,是目前人力资源管理者面临的新问题,而关注员工心理,尤其是对员工满意度的高度关注,成为企业目前控制员工流失行为的关键。 本论文以新疆玛雅房屋经纪有限公司为研究对象,采取问卷调查的形式,收集乌鲁木齐市玛雅公司员工的相关资料,找出影响公司员工满意度的因素,围绕这些因素进行员工满意度调查。通过调查分析,了解公司员工满意度现状,分析员工满意度与流失倾向的关系,并尝试提出针对性的改善意见。这样的研究结果,有利于公司采取相应的人力资源管理措施,更好地留住企业所需的人才。 关键词:员工满意度;流失倾向;相关关系 The Analysis of Turnover Behavior Based on Employee Satisfaction 棗aMayan House Agency Co., Ltd. Xinjiang as an Example Abstract The environment for employee to change works has come into beings with the developments of market economy and more work opportunities. The job demission of employees has become a popular phenomenon in China. Industrial restructuring, reallocation of resources, face the environment during the transition, employees are also experiencing the psychological challenges.Many employees seeked other jobs because of dissatisfaction with the companies,The staff degree of satisfaction reduces causes many enterprise staffs to drain seriously。How to control the enterprise staffs drain effectively, become a new question which the present human resources superintendents faces, but pays attention to the staff psychology, especially to pay high attention to staff degree of satisfaction,becomes the key that enterprise to control the staff to drain enterprise at present. The Mayan House Agency Co., Ltd. of Xinjiang as the research object, took the form of a questionnaire survey and collected the brokers’ information of the Maya companies in Urumqi, then, derived the factors which influence the demission tendency of brokers by analysising the questionnaire, finally, carried on the degree of staff satisfaction investigation around these factors,enterprises can know the staff satisfaction of company, anysised the correlativity between the staff degree of satisfaction and turnover intention,then,try to improve some point
