为明确出租方与承租方的权利和义务关系，甲乙双方经协商，一致同意订立本合同条款如下，以资共同遵守。
To clearly the rights and obligations of the lessor and tenant, Party A and Party B agree to enter the following agreement.

2. 租赁期限 Period of Tenancy
