内 容 摘 要 随着浙江经济的发展，第三方物流表现出其独特的作用，第三方物流作为企业作业管理的协作者、物流服务的整合者以及物流外包的契约人，日趋成为现代物流主流服务模式物流作为“四流”中最为特殊和必不可少的一种，其过程的逐步完善还需要经历一个较长的时期。在开展电子商务活动时，很多企业原有的物流能力在通过网络交易而飞速增加的订单面前往往显得无能为力，利用第三方物流已经逐渐成为企业缩减资产、节省物流费用的必然选择。 ABSTRACT With the economic development of Zhejiang Province, the third party logistics demonstrate its unique role, the third party logistics business process management as a collaborator, and integrator of logistics services and logistics outsourcing contracts were increasingly becoming the mainstream of modern logistics service mode. Logistics is the most exceptional and essential in ＂four-stream＂, the process also need to improve step by step through a long period of time. In carrying out the activities of e-commerce, many enterprises often seem powerless before the use of third-party logistics with the rapid increase of order through the network transaction using the third-party logistics has become the necessary choice to reduce assets and save the cost of the logistics. Third-party logistics development in China is not mature, the proportion of applications is much lower than Europe and the United States and other countries, but there are many systems, channels, and human resources problems that restrict its rapid development. According to the above problems, this paper, the actual situation faced by Zhejiang Province, for the pattern and characteristics of third-party logistics and economic development of Zhejiang Province, third party logistics requirements, corresponding to development, and through various means to encourage third-party logistics, Zhejiang Province improve their own competitiveness, efficient logistics for this model provides a good environment for development. Finally, SF Express Company Limited in e-commerce application, analysis of the relationship between e-commerce and third party logistics, proposed third party logistics in e-commerce advantages and disadvantages.
