劳动与社会保障专业本科培养计划Undergraduate Program for Specialty in Labor Social Security 一、业务培养目标 Ⅰ Educational Objectives 本专业培养通晓中外劳动和社会保障理论与实务，专业基础知识扎实，业务知识面宽，能从事劳动就业、人力资源管理、社会保障与商业性保险运作与管理、并具有理论研究能力和教学能力的高级专门人才。毕业后可在政府劳动与社会保障部门、政府公共人力资源管理部门、企事业单位人力资源管理部门、金融性公司、保险公司及其他公共经济部门从事实际工作，以及在有关的科研机构和高等院校从事研究和教学工作。 Specialty in Labor Social Security aims at fostering advanced talents who are familiar with theories and practices of labor social security in China and overseas, have strong general and broad operational knowledge, have capability for labor employment, human resource management, operation and management of social security and business insurance, theoretical research and teaching. Graduates can pursue practical work in the labor social security department, public human resource department in government, human resource management in enterprise, financial company, insurance company and other public economy department, or undertake scientific research and teaching work in colleges, universities and scientific research units. 二、业务培养要求 Ⅱ Educational Requirement 本专业要求学生系统掌握管理学、经济学、社会学等相关专业的基础知识，了解国内外劳动与社会保障理论及实践的历史和现状，具备运用现代技术手段进行调查分析和实际操作的能力，具备较强的书面和口头表达能力，熟练掌握一门外语。毕业生应获得以下几个方面的知识能力： 1. 掌握管理学、经济学的基本理论和方法； 2. 掌握现代管理和计算机应用技能； 3. 了解中外劳动与社会保障领域的理论与实践现状； 4. 掌握社会保障基金的投资、运营与管理的基本技能； 5. 熟悉党和国家的有关方针政策和法规； 6. 掌握文献检索、资料查询的基本方法，具有一定的研究和实际工作的能力； 7. 具有较强的英语综合运用能力，特别是听说能力，在今后工作和社会交流中，能用英语进行口头和书面的信息交流，能熟练地进行外文阅读，有一定的科技外语写作能力。 Students majoring in Labor Social Security are required to systematically master the related basic specialty knowledge of management, economics and sociology etc, acquaint with the history and status quo of labor social security theories and practices in China and overseas, have competence to carry on investigation analysis and practical operation by modern technical means, strong oral and written expression, and master one foreign language.
