聊城大学东昌学院 本科生毕业论文（设计） 题 目：安全生产事故成因及治理对策 专业代码： 081002 作者姓名： 孙冠群 学 号： 20090021061 单 位： 物理工程系 指导教师： 钱小平 2013年5月20日摘 要 近年来,我国经济发展势头良好,但在一些地方,安全生产的总体情况不容乐观,仍存在着安全生产问题不容忽视的安全生产隐患1、安全生产条件,投入严重不足当前一些国有企业设施、设备老化陈旧,由于资金等原因,尚不能及时更新改造,对一些亟待解决的重大事故隐患,虽有改造方案却始终难以实施尤其是一些经济效益较差的国有大型企业和国有大型煤矿,存在着许多事故隐患。2、形式主义危害安全工作有些部门、企业的安全生产工作仅仅停留在以会议贯彻会议、以文件贯彻文件上,在生产过程中,重生产重产值重经济效益,轻视和忽略安全生产工作。有些企业甚至将现有的安全生产法规束之高阁,存在违章指挥、作业和违反劳动纪律的现象。Abstract In recent years, Chinas economic development momentum, but in some places, the safe production of the overall situation is not optimistic, there are still safe production problems and the safety in production hidden danger that nots allow to ignore. Safety work and formalism harm: some of the departments, enterprises stays at a conference to carry out safety production work, to implement file, in the process of production, heavy production output heavy economic benefits, despised and ignore the work safety in production. Some enterprises will even existing safety production laws and regulations on the shelf, there are illegal command, assignments, and the phenomenon of violation of labor discipline.
